Hello my name is Randeep Reehal and I am the founder and CEO of the Pink Garage. I have been working in the Motor trade for more than 20 years. I am very active in my family business Courtwood Car Services based in Uxbridge and I wear many hats in the business to grow it and look after our customers.

During my journey I have observed that there are not my women coming into the motor trade. Why is that? I have explored this extensively and having the experience has allowed me to reach out to encourage more women into the trade. I started The Pink Garage Company.

I will be creating and hosting events with support of other women in the industry as well as developing services exclusively for women motorists and courses and opportunities for young girls and women to have the opportunity to work in the trade.​
